In this case i think your server has items.otb different than items.otb that is loaded in rme. I would try to copy items.otb from your rme folder/data/(version you use) to your items folder in ots data. Else just remove invalid object from coords 138/41/7 in map editor.

Just delete the item in these coordinates or make sure items.otb used in your server is the same that your mape editor uses.

Use 'search' options next time to find that account trading/sharing problem was already mentioned several times here (example1, example2). It is not possible to completely get rid of it and fighting it may cause more problems than allowing it.

I've got same problem once reinstalled whole libs or installed vs2022 and libs on other computer. Cannot compile 8.0 and 8.6 versions, while I could compile them before reinstalling libs, but .exe didnt work properly (after opening, blank window popped up and closed after few secs).

Simply add a body as an item, set is as container and in monster XML file set corpse to your new item id.

IMO items.otb is not compatible with .dat and .spr files that you have in the client. Or second cause is similar to one that I had same bug with: edit your item otb with itemeditor and make sure it has same properties as other working rune (especially stackable one should be chosen)
