    this was a joke ofcourse, I don't want him to runes to npc but soon everything will be like 7.72 because his changing mana from fluids, adding hydras etc.

    this ot is starting to feel more like a 7.72 server then a 7.4 server.. highering the mana gained from fluids, adding hydras... you might just aswell add runes in npc.

    not only that, there was also alot of runemakers because it was low rate and hard to get cash, here is barely any runemaker if any at all so thats also why here is less online

    exp is ok-could be less, skillrate could be faster, add addon system, 175 ms with ml 80 hardly making 600 dmg kinda low in my opinion, should be 600 - 700 but i certainly understand if you keep it like this
