    Try importing database, from softcores, sql file. Go to the phpmyadmin > click import, and choose sql file from main softcores folder, click OK, and down there on phpmyadmin, again ok.

    Make shortcut xampp, on desktop. Right click on shortcut, > properties > compatibility > run as administrator > Apply > Ok. Run xampp and check. If this will not work, reinstall xampp, and do not change htdocs folder, and copy myacc again, to the htdocs folder.
