    The server where he donated is shut down, yes. No hes not getting a refund cause he had his money worth of fun.

    Closed-beta, only a few selected people which I mentioned above can enter during a 3 day period. After this 3 day period is over the server will be closed and content, and balancing will be worked on before the official release.
