Best engine for 8.6?
You should check with people with 8.6 servers online currently. People without experience with said options tend to be vocal towards downgrades of newer engines. I have no experience with 8.6, but when people asks about 7.x they also recommend Nekiro downgrade. No one hosting 7.x servers uses...- Peonso

OTC without BOT.
The free precompiled version has bot enabled by default and can't be changed. If people can use default OTC v8 to connect to your server, they can bot. -
