    800 and 600 ms for healing. But you gain extra exh if you spam too fast 300 ms, so timing is so crucial here. Area spells like ue and pox have 2 sec delay. Your hands are burning if you are really fast. Will check this solution, thanks.

    You shouldn't compare this ots to any regular 7.4-7.72. Spells are boosted and everyone has chance to kill anyone being solo. I just can't explain you this till you played or maybe Outcast style is more familiar to you.
