    There are other ways to prevent travel spam. I agree that should be countered but not being able travel because someone use the NPC? That's not it.

    You must fix the boats with "bring me to". You should be able to use that command when someone else is talking to the boat NPCs. Otherwise it's way too easy to make boat traps as you got no chance to get out from it.

    Will you have the server yellow-lightened on otservlist? I understand you won't have it in the top since it's already taken but having it yellow-lightened will definitely give it attention if it reaches 100+ players on launch.
