    Have you turned on uniserver, mysql n stuff, even added you're mysql to phpmyadmin?

    If you are using uniserver go to you're www folder inside it find "config.php" bring up the search button and write in "Admin Access" delete or change 'otland0' and 'otland1' to whatever but i'd recommend deleting them and changeing "znote" to you're accountname instead :pgl!
