it's widget called rainmeter with serenity skin that i edited a little. original serenity skin's weather forecast is much bigger font and has all those fancy icons for weather conditions and also in top right row there is cpu/ram usage that is also much wider in original form :)- dusieqq

bump with new info, ive did some research and turns out there are some bad looking packages sent to kairo in egypt from skype.exe ive blocked it with malwarebytes but just to make sure i've also wrote to skype customer service about it. ;- dusieqq

better change ur skype password, somebody hacked into mine today and changed my password and i havent downloaded any shit nor visited any shit sites, my pc is clear so i suspect that somebody leaked skype password database :)- dusieqq
