    If you really can't fix it I would suggest you to use Island of Destiny (the island where you choose your vocation).

    How about this: 1 - 30: 15x 31 - 40: 12x 41 - 60: 10x 61 - 80: 7x 81 - 120: 5x 121+: 3x I would like people to reach level 200 easier, since there will be quests for those levels too.
