    I have told the hoster this constantly. Opening ANOTHER low-rate in EU to attempt to compete with Tibianic is autistic - and another failed RealOTS directly reflects said autism.

    60-70ms in impossible to achieve. I'm an american so my opinion could be viewed as one sided of course, but in an attempt to put my bias aside I really think that Faloria would have more success in the USA than EU.
