    Hm... at 128x128, it's not really pixel art anymore. You'll need extremely good artists to make 128x128 sprites because it's about photoshop and good design, not pixel work. Also, Tibia in 128x128 wouldn't really work. That would be 1920x1408 (15x11 sqm) for the game area... now add the menus...

    Templar. I'm not satisfied with the "colors" (heck, pretty much everything is grey/white) /shading because I botched it. The outlines took me so much time (holy crap, outfits/monsters are hard to do) that I got sick of my sprite and went "fast" mode to finish it. Oh well...
