Guys... This is solved... BY ZNOTE! He told me to delete everything with XAMPP and use Uniform Server instead, I did as he said, And now it works AWESOME again! I would recommend everyone to follow Znotes tutorial...

When I made a new database in phpMyAdmin, I was logged into root, Then I named it but didn't import my database yet so it was empty, Then I opened the SQL box thing and added "DROP USER 'pma'@'localhost';" clicked ok... "Are you sure you want to drop user pma?" "Yes." ~Click~ Then I been logged...
