Tibia solo and without internet access?
You only need an active internet connection if you want other players to log into your OT. Put the IP 127.0.0.1 into your config, use that in the IP changer as well. It should then work to play by yourself.- Shockah

When we were "newbies" in OpenTibia...
I remember the first OT I played, quite a few years ago. It was one of those OT's where you logged in, had no exhaust/runes and people just ran around spamming UE's... I thought the GM's on it were actual GM's from real Tibia. -

Yeah I agree, you should lose less when you die but I think abit more than what you proposed. How about 10% of total experience and 2 random items (Bag/BP always drops)? You could maybe introduce something that then reduces the death loss, but obviously pretty hard to obtain.- Shockah
