Use the commands "cut-start", "cut-end", "cut-time" and "add-delay", instructions in the readme I'm traveling on vacation, so all the bugs willl be investigated after Jan 22. I can tell you it runs fine under Win XP SP3, so try compatibility mode and running as administrator for now. -
