    the thing is. if 2 levels 70's is battling none of them will be able to 1hit the other one with ue.. Maybe I could hit 90% even 95%, but not 100% broh, anyone that playd rl tibia back in the days knows this

    Why does everyone want overhigh rates? do u actually like to fight at such a high speed lvl? I mean, its almost impossible to hit a 200ms with time ring on with sd, i think we shud have the rates so the average high lvl is around 100-120
