    192.xxx.xxx.xx is internal IP, that's why you can log in from your computer and notebook, because both are connected on the same network. If you want your server to be online for everyone, you gotta open your ports ( 7171, 7172, 80 ), check your external IP and modify your server config.lua(?)...

    Great! I'm graduated in computer network and yeah, it's probably a noobish problem. Just check firewall since it opens all network ports when disabled (windows), check which port your server is using and all that shit, it's actually pretty simple.
