I think I got it. I just put the same password in config.lua that I had created for phpmyadmin -

for some reason or another it wont let me log onto it to test anything out. it doesn't say anything it just wont load? im using otland ip changer and have phpmyadmin running, im using correct client version and im using ip 127.0.0.1. The server is up and running right now for me to test but... -
