the ports shouldn't matter if you connect locally, and if port the port tool sas that the port is open it should work for the public. -

The NPC's can not spawn if they do not have any scripts, they need a script file (.lua) and a (.xml) file, which loads the scripts when the server is starting. Lol, its 04:09 AM here atm, time for sleep for me as well ;) -

Not sure, but seems like you've done everything correctly. One error that has occurred to me sometimes has been that I need to use localhost as the IP-address on the host pc. Which IP-address are you trying to connect with? -

it's quite weird, if you haven't done that much on the map it's maybe easier to change the whole map :p Never experienced the problem you have, only the opposite, that the npc's are shown in the client, but not in rme (at all). -

If you open rme, look at a specific coordinate, and check the xpos, ypos, and zpos, and closes the rme, then edit the xml file, and write these 3 positions. Then starts rme and look at the specific chosen tile, isn't the npc there? If they aren't shown in the rme, but shown in the server, try... -

Well, you can not have negative coordinates, that's probably he reason why it prints an error. Try placing them in a tile (position) you know are on the map. -

The .xml file is the file where the spawns is loaded, if you change it in there, it should be changed in the map editor and vice-versa. I think that you are using the wrong server.exe which your npc's are made for. And that's probably the reason why they fails to load when the server is starting.
