    Well I know that servers for a few years ago had a maximum of 2 characters online per IP etc, sure that can be worked around using proxys etc but i think there could be some sort of solution to that, and if they now enjoy standing and baking their runes, it doesnt harm me that much, could also...

    Well the solution here is to get a server that actually offers something, that draws players to that server and makes people actually want to continue playing there. playing a highrate will just last for a month, top 2 everyone knows it and whats the point? pure waste of time ;p

    well now i said "good & serious" servers, realesta is the definition of a shitty ass server :) look at servers whos actually lasted, medivia online since like 10 years? outcast 7.6 has been online since 2004 and the highest lvl is 1226, because the servers are serious and good, no spoofing and...

    Because good & serious servers have a longer chance to stay alive, people dont quit after a week if they've spent time on a character :)

    i'd say its a pretty nice thing, makes people who doesn't have the same amount of time play lower rated servers :)

    is 20 people high demand? xd servers with 1500 players die in a month, your server is probably good but reaching 20 ppl on opening day is just a slow suicide

    Could be true yeah i've never played medivia since i've always felt it was a bit of a waste to play a 1x on ot but they did manage to stay alive for a long while atleast. But like I said, for a server to hold for a few months you need people who actually likes to play the game (both rpg and pvp)
