    My suggestion is that you should change frags to get redskull to 4-5 instead of 3. Exp should stay as it is.

    well, it should be 100 - ... - 3x exp, lower rates are too dumb for OT server, frag system - it should take 6-8 hours to lose frag and it should take 4-5 unjust to get red skull, and about 8 to get banishment, otherwise this shieet is unplayable
