    Yes he is the admin of server and otland... Obviously it is a map bug + not released content yet, I myself haven't had my foot in tibia long time, but I think this mine is random creatures, day to day so it's possibly that feature isn't even scripted yet...

    iirc this is not hard at all, but there is already two servers, on two dedicated (?) and many people have same account on both server and same name, I think this is the main reason why they don't put it in server...
