    actually its been out since the 6th.. and its not hard to get 200 if characters play 12 hrs a day.. cuz once u get level 200 it is not easy.. about 2 3 hours per level.. i made it so once u get 150 200 u can war then it gets hard .. try to level you will see.. and the exp rates were fixed 2...
