    As far as I know there's no solution to this. Either you take away the npc's autowalk, or as Summ said. Or possibly you can create a specific tile where you need a certain vocation to walk on?

    Don't know so much about changing items usability. But do you use any otb editor? Are you aware of that it will cause you to change tibia.dat, which cause all other players to use a custom client?
