    Solved Username and password required to connect to my website

    You need to edit your no-ip so it points to your IP Address, and for it to bring up your website port forward port 80 TCP/UDP, not sure which one, and then type your no-ip into your browser and you should be good to go. Most Routers have port 80 open already.
