    Well, imho host a good oldschool server in US would be the most fair option since its midle term between both americas and europe. PLayers like Gabosito or Sammy would have advantage but it still fair for everyone.. I never had an opportunite to play a lagless server against good players.

    Pvp enfo only gives exp if the player killed is higher lvl than you or only 5 lvls lower. It will stop power abusers.

    Im even more fucked up.. cuz as you can see on the video, Gabo/Sammy/Spray fly around.. i still have 140 ping on that. On my br war ot there are only 9~12 ppl playing and 4 of them bot, the rest are my friends lOL

    At the begning, the stages are not that important.. As someone said, 10x till lvl 70 is ok, then you make it lower. You should make rots drop shitloads of gold + fast mana regain = boost at lower lvls + stable economy to be able to fight properly at lvl 50's
