    IMO the simplest solution is the best, don't bother with ironman. Or if you really want it in your server, don't make it seasonal or anything. You're an ironman with a few bonuses and a few cons and that's it.

    Would it be possible for you to make it so that they can place items inside a house, but they're not able to be picked up/moved by anyone else. This could be done quite easily by bonding each item dropped with the player that looted it.

    I've been playing highexp.eu again recently, has 100~ people at peak times. If you don't think of it as a highexp ots and look at rebirths as if they were levels, then it's actually kind of medium rate. The community is 80% shit and you absolutely need donates if you want to play though, but...
