    Its one big island like this: No, it dont give bonus. Peoples, who have vip acc always change frag rewards for special supplies for 10% more. Training Monks is vip and free. You can easy get vip medal from bosses/rainds/events:)

    In last edition: - eq from item shop is better than vip eq, vip eq is better than first eq, - special supplies is super sd(100frag rewards=10 charge of super sd) and god flask(it gives 100% hp and 100% mp, have 1charge and it cost 50frag rewards) So vip dont give big bonus:)
