First for the attack speed: Open your OT folder / Data / XML / Vocations.xml Now you see all vocations, and on each vocation there is a line with attackspeed="1000" in it. The lower you make this number, for example attackspeed="200" the faster the attack will be. Now about the... -

Open your config.lua and find shutdownAtGlobalSave = "yes" and change it to: shutdownAtGlobalSave = "no" if you have this shutdownAtGlobalSave = "true" change it to shutdownAtGlobalSave = "false" -
