The problem in your case is that your information is not correct - the email is not "some random stuff" but an actual email belonging to an actual person. If that person is not you, we can not help you - which seems to be the case here. -
The server turned out to be terrible.

Make sure you have right version of the IP-changer and that you write the correct IP. -

New SS Time Proposal
The server save is at the time of the day when we have the least players. The reason why we once changed it from 7 AM to 10 AM (CET +1) was to better match that time of the day. Moving it to 10 PM would make it occur during the peak. In better words - this is a proposal that we for good reasons...- Hani
