    Have you opened both port 7171 and 7172 with both the protocol UDP and TCP? Try to completely turn off Windows firewall. Check on Portforward.com if you have opened the ports correctly.

    To check ports the port must be active, If you wanna try out the port 7171, 7172 you must have TFS on.
