    Your assumption is correct, it will always create that glowish effect when a rare item drops.

    I would guess that you maybe are using the wrong tibia client. Please use the 10.34.

    We've seen some uniques drop already, so it's not impossible, but not very high. And yes, you will be notified when a unique item drop! :)

    Orbs are not usable while wearing a skull. It's meant to be used to avoid being PKed, so you will however be able to use it in combat.

    I'm sorry to have to tell you that ESO is not that great. It's okey, but not even close the feeling of Skyrim. Sad but true story. Play Nelvara... :)

    Currently we do not have any custom spells, nor have any plans on adding any. But that may change, I don't know. :)
