    Try opening RME and create a new blank map. Change the map to the client version of the map you want to open and import that map. Also make sure you have the proper files inside the version folders in RME and make sure its configured properly in RME options.

    Thats RME being RME. I've never went miles to try and reproduce it but theres something wrong there (well theres quite a few wrong things with RME) - I'd recommend to do houses when your map is done if possible and to not mess too much with that feature.
