Because network infrastructure there is very good aswell and its still in the middle of Europe, just like Germany is leaning a bit towards the East, France is closer to the West/South West where the big chunk of players from EU are - several MMOs are hosted there for a reason. Looktype generator options
Elime's NPC Editor might be an option. It doesn't give the looktype directly but after you save the NPC you can get it. Does that generate looktypes for use in TFS?- BahamutxD

How many players can play on it server?
RAM is mostly used by map - other server features, website or database barely uses any. Load it once and check how much is taking in your system to measure how much you'll need. TFS is not multithreaded and it doesn't really take much CPU to run aslong as scripts are decent optimized. Any... -

You will most likely be limited by the server performance/scripts/code optimization rather than the hardware itself. -

Which server location would be the best for europa players?
Germany have (overall) the best network infrastructure for Europe and it's (kind of) in the middle of EU. Unless you have an important number of players from X country - I wouldn't look further. -

Not sure that would work as most people customize their servers - even those that you just download and and are ready to run. What would happen with custom items/spells/outfits/mounts... or just servers that have p2w items/other monetization that affects gameplay? I don't know about the...- BahamutxD
