    Yes but you need the spr and dat file to your rme to update it. Download the newest Rme mapeditor and get the .spr and .dat. Import it to your mapeditor and press ctrl + p I think. Then change it from what you have to 8.6 and its done :)

    You have to setup a database. Configure your config.lua and run the server. If you have an Account Manager you login on it. THe accountname and password should be 1/1. Then create an account. Change the group_id of the player you want to be GM/GOD. Look in groups.xml to know what group_id it is...
