    How can I make new monster attack types?

    Hello, I created some kind of fire field but that deals ice damage and it looks blue(sort of an ice field). The problem is that I can't make it work as monster attacks such as the dragon lord's fire field ability. I tried many things but it doesn't let a monster's attack create an area of ice...
