    Windows Setting up TFS 1.0 for 10.41

    im using this tfs to run a 10.41 server, everything starts ok, but when i try to enter, it gives me character list but also error "conection refused, server is offline" when it is ON, i got open ports, i can see it from canyouseeme.com everything looks normal, what can be the problem???
