    Help really bad!

    I need this to finish off my ot, Some strange reason when i add npc's though Remere's Map editor It gets placed down, but when i try start my ot, On the Error console it says "Failed to load external entity Data/npc/evul eye warning From NpcXml : cannot load Npc File. Please help :L
