Really great idea, the only problem I see is that OTC needs a rework on drawing system, it is slow and should be improved. Maybe we could do both, rework on the drawing system and add support for other sprites sizes. Also why didn't you removed the pink background before resizing ?

You need to use the right dlls , if you compiled in x64 then use the x64 dlls otherwise use x86 dlls

OTClient already support sounds, you don't need to use any external Library. Check luafunction source to see what function you can use to play sounds, you can do all of this thought Lua API

How about get flash client spritesheet and use a tool to cut then into 64x64 ? They would give you a huge amount of 64x64 sprites.
