Is there a way to make an unmovable item movable? I like the look of grappling hook and would like to use it as an utility tool, but it's not movable. For clarification: I would like to use grappling hook as a shovel or rope etc

I changed spawn rate to 50 in config.lua but it does nothing. As I understand it: if I have spawn time set to 60 in map editor then input rateSpawn = 50 then it should take 60/50 seconds for the monster to respawn. But this is definitely not the case... Any ideas?
