Maybe I was unclear Im talking about MANA bar under the HP bar on your character not in the sidepanel

I tried to change the otui to the one you posted but I am not getting a MANA bar beneath my HP bar nor can I find any way to activate it :/

Experience rate has been slightly improved. You can buy bp mana fluids from rune shops, just say bp manas. You can buy wands / rods from rune shops. You get a wand / rod when you enter main as a sorcerer/druid.
