Im using tfs 1.3 and my spells turn on PK mode even pvp turned off... secure mode no work in AOE Spell... Solutions ? Tfs 1.3 doesn't have functions like docombat

I am developing updates on my local pc for my server site. To migrate my website (myaac) to a VPS can I just copy to the default sites folder (eg www, htdocs) and clone my DB, or will I have to install again? I don't want to lose my progress :/
