I know that you are disapointed but it's pretty understable that the server is going down, no more players means no more donations , so talaturen got no incomming cash from the server and he has to pay the hosting costs himself. Atleast he's giving a chance for the players to keep the server up

There already is a system that u'll lose the house if u don't login within 30 days.

The daily rent is ***** gold and will be debited to the bank account every Sunday or when sold. Thats what it says but i've noticed that i haven't lost a thing for house rents. So i think it doesn't charge anything.
