    Solved Importing images (.png, .bmp [...]) to a Map Editor in order to make maps?

    Hello! I'd like to know if there exists a tool that let you import images into a map editor and which will associate pixels with specific tiles? (example : R0 G204 B0 pixels will make a grass tile) If not, is it possible to convert .otbm maps into .xml ? Thanks!
