    Compiling Cannot run TFS 0.4 r3884 after compiled

    I followed this guide http://otland.net/threads/tutorial-complie-the-tfs-0-4.107486/ but when I run TheForgottenServer.exe I get an error message saying: "Cannot start the program correctly (0xc000007b) Press OK to shut down the program." Any thoughts? Thanks!
