Running on windows 7, the 32 bit works fine, had huge troubles with x64. Tried marks commit https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/commit/b6b7d29c8e91528957d3f468cdce88a61da0e7e1 and today it's been working without issues :)

Should also be noted that there exist an RME for 10.31, without the backwards compatible dat-file I can help fix the bugs but I haven't played the actual game for many years so you'll have to mention the exact npcs that are wrong so I can correct them according to wiki!
