    Hello all, I'm trying to make the first mission of 'The new frontier quest' and when I talk to NPC and say "Hi, project", he simply doesn't say anything. Is this thing bugged or? I need to do the quest to go to Lizard Chosens and this npc doesn't let me start the quest... my gosh. any help please?
