How do i make an npc being able to sell a key with an action id req for open a door/chest etc.?

Hey im mapping my own server etc. but my depot aint working, it's basically like a normal chest which everyone can access do i have to give each depot a specific action/unique id and if so what id do i need to use? thanks in advance
