    [HELP]- My port is open, but people still cant connect.

    I have my port 80, 3306, 7171, 7172 all open and check it with portforward PFPportchecker, and it comfirm that my port is open. But still people are still unable to connect to my server even though i change to static ip, and apparently my ip address lead me to my modem homepage. Can anyone help?
