I think you should consider launching this later, after the worst hype has died out on Pendulum. Most 7.4 people started there already and will probably make less people come here. Speaking for myself I would gladly play this clean 7.4 version but with Pendulum recently reset and active I think...

Problem with your logic is that most on destiny are facc. Check online counters during peak hours, at least 80% are makers in some way, almost all of them are FACC. Level 11-15 sorc/druids are usually 60-80% of the online list.
